Quandong and chocolate frozen nougat

First dessert dish at Tjanabi slow food dinner in Melbourne.

This was "Quandong and chocolate frozen nougat, served with Davidson

Plum syrup.". Soooo tasty without being overly sweet. I would have

happily had seconds, except that my earlier greed with the pearl meat

and red emperor fish dish had meant that the others on the table

snapped up this dish for seconds quick smart.

Accompanying this one: Grand Ridge Brewery Supershine - extra strong dark ale.
