Sailors thai - whole baked fish
Sailors thai for pre-theatre dinner. This was the whole baked fish 'thai style'.
The dressing was very salty/sour version of a green papaya salad (som tum) dressing. I don't know if the balance in the sauce was right. In fact, there was some strips of green papaya on top.
