Teriyaki Wagyu Beef

Umi Kaiten Zushi, near Central Station. One of the new breed of

upmarket sushi train places, sadly replacing the $2.50 per plate

cheapies that used to populate the landscape. It is good though, and

popular, and exxy.

 

This is teriyaki wagyu beef, dotted with finely grated horesradish

(Daikon?), and crunchy green herby leaves.

 

Yummo.
