The Original Dutch Calorie Bomb
Oliebollen - the traditional Dutch fried dough + currant balls that are sold on every street corner in winter. There is a lot of oil on these little guys, they absolutely ooze, but they are delicious!
Particularly popular on New Years Eve when they are consumed en masse.
I guess they help line the stomach for a big night out. ;-)
