Michelin Man: Bibendum Restaurant

    Newer Older

These are the stained glass windows at a restaurant in London called Bibendum. The restaurant is in the former Michelin House, which I believe was an old garage. Fantastic food and service. What's with the cigar?

I haven't heard of it; it sounds surreal and amusing!

The food was fantastic, service was great and it was an interesting setting -- the upper floor of what used to be a garage. If you're in London, it's worth going

The cigar I think leaves a trail of smoke and gives the subject some movement. That, or the artist was a cigar fan!

The Michelin man used to have a cigar in most of their tire advertising in the early days of Michelin.
