Pecan Pie
In large bowl add all ingredients except pecans. Whisk until smooth, 3-5 min. Fold in pecans and pour into unbaked crust. Bake 20 min in oven preheated to 350. Remove; cover exposed crust with tinfoil. Place back in oven and bake 30-45 min more, or until center has set. Cool at least 45 min before cutting and eating.
