A Canadian Corvette HMCS Chicoutimi K156 Built at Canadian Vickers Ltd Quebec (Canada). was commisioned into the Royal Canadian Navy 12th May1941.

Armament: one 102-mm gun (BL 4 inch Mk IX) at the bow, the stern a 20 mm automatic anti-aircraft gun Oerlikon 20 mm cannon . Anti-submarine armament depth bombs (40-70 bombs), MK. II depth charge throwers.
Participated in convoy escort between Canada and Great Britain (particularly the SC47, ON71). From August 1944, the training vessel. One of the few Canadian Flower class corvettes, not to get a major upgrade since its construction.
Decommissioned Canada June 16, 1945 year.
