Sunset Migration

When visiting birds start departing for warmer climes, it's a sure sign that winter is drawing irrevocably closer. This flock, (geese, I think), flew past my window yesterday evening. They hadn't quite got their V-formation sorted out, and I could hear them arguing vociferously: "Who said you could fly in front of me?" "Did you remember to switch the gas off and cancel the papers?" ... and the little ones whining "Are we there yet?"

Looks especially nice on black ... so click the pic, or hit "L" on your keyboard!
