Yehliu 2012-07-07 - Image 152

Taken during a daytrip to Yehliu Geopark in the North East of Taiwan, which features all kinds of rockforms that have been eroded over the centuries to create magical and almost lifelike formations.

After leaving the Geopark we also stopped off at the Northern beach at Laomei and then drove through Zhuwei, over the Guandu Bridge to Bali Left Bank which gives some nice views over the Danshui River before taking the Western coastal road back down to Hsinchu with a final stop off to shoot the stunning sunset over the South China Sea.
