COVID-19: Emergency Food Assistance Program
The Los Angeles County Workforce Development Aging and Community Services (WDACS) programs continue and new servicers are launched during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

WDACS launched the Critical Delivery Services (CDS) a temporary delivery program to provide food and other vital items to individuals who are unable to leave their home due to COVID-19.

The Great Plates Delivered program was extended, please check website for current information.

The L.A Regional Food Bank delivers 18,500 pounds of food for the County's Emergency Food Assistance Program. One of distribution programs is at the East Los Angeles Service Center. There is 9 out of 14 community and senior centers who are participating in this effort. Los Angeles County residents can make an appointment to pick-up their food.
