This was the best corned beef hash I'd ever eaten. Totally minimal, just corned beef, potatoes and onions, with eggs and toast. The corned beef was incredibly tender, but solid and beefy - with a leftover from last night's sandwich goodness. The eggs were just right, over easy, just slightly runny in the whites, and really fluffy. the toast was thick, and well toasted, but yielding and fresh.
