Hi there! My name is Megan and im studying a visual imaging degree. One assignment is to create a brochure on recycling. I'm going with how you can recycle to make cool stuff/art and i came across this image and was curious whether you would give me permission to use it in my brochure. I owould of course put your name/tag/website beside it so you'd get full credit for it. Please reply to me on as soon as possible with confirmation whether i can use it or not.
      Thanks heaps!

Found this one this morning when I was surfing with flickriver, and I just LOVE it. Of course, I always love your work, but this one really strikes a chord with me. I think it's because I love me some ruffles, but these aren't your standard frilly ruffles, they have attitude! I also love the asymetrical design. Very cool, you are always an inspiration. I am finally starting to branch out into some more adventurous sewing for my niece and granddaughter. I have stacks of clothing to upcycle, and it is such fun. It doesn't always turn out the way I want it to, but I have only had one absolute unsalvageable fail, everything else has worked out and the chilld in question has been happy. Working on children's clothing helps me learn and improve my skills on a smaller scale, with quicker results. Then when I try something for myself it is more likely to go well. Keep up the good work! Sorry it took me 5 years to find this one, grin.
