Pureed potato soup for lunch...

So I had some potatoes I wanted to do something with but I didn't just want to do potato soup once again -- but a check in the cookbook suggested this variant. After cooking (including carrots and leeks as well), everything went in the blender with a bit of skim milk. Half a minute later, a perfect pureed soup, served with basil, parmesan and a bit more pepper on the top.
