The inaugural Michiana VegFest took place at Corbett Family Hall at the University of Notre Dame on Sunday, March 25, 2018. The event featured lectures, vegan cooking demonstrations, food vendors, products, activities, and other resources for those interested in learning more about plant-based eating and living. Part two of the event/program took place the following day, Monday, March 26th, in which Dr. Richard Collins, a.k.a. “The Cooking Cardiologist” participated as part of our Campus Dining Visiting Chefs Series.
