georgial golden sweet onions.
these are as big as they're gonna get (my fault for spacing them a little closely). apparently you harvest them when the tops fall over and dry.
i am debating whether to put them in storage or to make caramellized onion-goat cheese tarts (have puff pastry in freezer waiting for me to do something!)
