carrot cake
from southern cakes by nancie mcdermott. it does look like orange wiggle worm cake (thanks lisa s!) but oh oh oh this is one serious carrot cake. so moist and delicious. i didn't have vegetable oil so i put in applesauce and a little bit of canola oil (healthier anyway) and it turned out perfectly.
