enjoying my latest find at the library.

What would be your last supper on Earth?
sun ripened tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil, salt, freshly ground pepper, basil, and fresh mozarella. cucumber kimchi. fried okra. pommes frites and roasted garlic mashed potatoes from the black sheep in vergennes, vt. and of course, good nova scotia lox with local dairy cream cheese on columbia bagels sesame bagel. for dessert, it's a tie between good old fashioned southern banana pudding and peaches in peak (i'd lick the juice off my fingers.)
What would be the setting for the meal?
Cliffs of Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia.
What would you drink with your meal?
a perfect glass of german hefeweizen, with a slice of lemon. then a glass of pomme lambic.
Would there be music?
Would one need any apart from winds and the waves splashing against rocks?
Who would be your dining companions?
Mr. Yum and 20 or so mutts that I've been caring for.
Who would prepare the meal?
Mr. Yum and me.
