The Support Center for Reconstructing Damaged (CARMEN), supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Haitian Government has, since its inception eight months ago, helped over a thousand Haitian families rebuild their homes damaged in the January 12, 2010 earthquake.
