Mascot Roller Mill preserves 230 years of American grain milling and showcases one of the best preserved 19th century flour mills in the country. The earliest mill at the Mascot Roller Mill site was built in the 1730s and milling was continuously carried on at this location until 1977. In that year, the Ressler Mill Foundation acquired the fully-operable mill and its intact watercourses, control gates, turbines, and machinery - all to be preserved for future generations.
The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The mill, Ressler house, and stable are open for tours. For more info, visit www.resslermill.com/pages/home.html.
