The RCA Event in Napa
The Research Chefs Association presented an immersive educational experience in Napa at the Culinary Institute of America at Copia this past October, where an exclusive group of product developers and innovation specialists took part in a two-day, hands-on experience at Copia during harvest season.

Each of their six kitchens were transformed in to a stimulating platform where attendees participated in hands-on culinary and sensory experiences.
