Brahminy Kite

At Woolgoolga Beach, lazily gliding across the beachscape without a care in the world. This is only the second time I've seen Brahminys, though they're common enough in the north.


Top of its Christmas list this year is "new plumage", a wish that's already being granted as we can see a couple of fresh feathers growing out.
