As the Fire Chief for Bay City, along with BCFD Captain Olrich and the Bay City Chief of Police, TJ Hooker, We wanted to explain a bit about the fires seen around Bay City on April 1st.
We have had many questions about the fires in Bay City, including apparently some arguments from Fire Departments outside of Bay City.
Every year on April 1st, the citizens of Bay City light fires in remembrance of Ever Dreamscape, a resident who passed in RL.
