Fall Flavor
A Historic Dining Experience at the Vardry McBee Home & Farm
Thank you to everyone who joined us on September 29, 2016. We hope you enjoyed savoring the flavor of Fall with a unique 19th century dining experience at Brushy Creek, the original home and farm built ca. 1836 by Vardry McBee, the “Father of Greenville.” Now privately owned and lovingly restored, the home was open for one night only. The evening included tours of the home and grounds, historically inspired cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, and a full dinner menu inspired by 19th century recipes.
