Lucky 7'S Workout (7/16/2019)
This Tuesday we did a classic Queens 3 segment workout. First, we started with some rotation movements to warm up including sprints. Second; we did a dice workout without a dice. Third; we challenged ourselves with 7 exercises, 7 reps each, and we repeated it as many times as we could within 10 min. with lightening-fast transitions. We crushed it!
