Squats, then Snacks (01/15/2019)
The Queens Warriors welcomed back Tom from his travels in Asia this morning, AND had the best workout ever. The cold couldn't stop us from a HIIT warmup, a 4 x 4, Tom's karate-style warmup, and an isometric challenge to wrap it up. And to top it all off, Tom brought us some authentic Indian snacks to start the day off right. Don't hate us 'cause you ain't us.
