You'll want to slice your tofu into the serving pieces you'll need for your recipe. Since I'm just eating the 'fu plain after I prepare it, I'm going with the traditional triangles.
Yes, the much loved, or much hated tofu. I had never worked with this beastie before, so I figured it was time for a go! I followed the instructions at the link below for preparation, and I am VERY pleased with the results (though no sauce next time... I like it plain).
