School Methods of optimization for advanced food processing organized by TEAGASC, Ireland took place at the Institute of Food Technology (FINS) in Novi Sad in May 2016, from Monday 23 (starting time: 9:00) to Friday 27 (end 15:00 h). The school was led by Dr. Brijesh Tiwari and organised exclusively for FINS researchers. Referring to the feedback of attendees, it was a great success since the topics covered were chosen in line with the most contemporary data analysis in food science.
