    This is a last- minute entry to CAS-ual Fridays, The Clean And Simple Challenge, CFC61 Let's Strip.
    I used several Hero Arts Background stamps to create DIY Washi Tapes. I also practiced the Partial Diecutting technique that I learned from Stretch Your Stamp and A Cut Above online card classes.

    Oh, I also used the three neon colors of this month's Color Challenge!
