Queen Sized Ripple Crochet

    Newer Older

Seriously, I am quite proud of this.

I made my daughter a ripple crochet blanket for her queen-sized bed using Tahki Cotton Classic and an F hook. I wouldn't recommend it. But god, how I love the final product!

Each ripple took just over 1/2 a skein of TCC and an hour to complete. There are 84 ripples.

I love that you tag this with "madness" and "insanity"...currently I am halfway through a queen-size blanket for my in-laws for Christmas and I'm feeling like I must be mental to have ever thought this was a good idea!

Lovely blanket, by the way! :)

This is the one of the most amazing ripple blanket I have seen. Just awesome!! You should definitely be much proud of it.
How much weight is one skein? How many colors did you use?
