Kung Pao Beef

Tonight's delight is a normal Chinese-Sichuan dish which besides typical ingredients found in most Chinese restaurants, contains one that most Chinese restaurants do not add (because I've checked around), Sichuan Pepper, which truly makes the dish. It tastes rather fruity than hot and has a pleasant numbing sensation on the tongue. Tasty!
