Agatha Heterodyne and the Acting Ensign

Fundamentally, the "problem" with Wesley Crusher is that he was in the wrong place at the wrong time -- i.e., on the Enterprise in the 23½th century. In the company of his fellow Sparks, in the Girl Genius universe, he'd have been fine. Possibly always just one step ahead of the villagers with the pitchforks, but hey, life's like that when you're a Spark.

Thus begins the Adventure of Agatha Heterodyne and the Acting Ensign!

Later, maybe: Agatha ripping bits out of an engineering console: "WHAT IS THIS, A MONOPHASED PLASMA COUPLING? IF YOU USED A POLYPHASIC COUPLING, YOU'D NEED ONLY HALF THE POWER TO CARRY TWICE THE LOAD, AND IT'D BE MUCH MORE STABLE..."

Wesley yelling down from a gigantic battle clank: "HI, MOM! LOOKIT WHAT I BUILT TODAY!"

(The Wesley part of the picture is from the TNG episode "Remember Me", just as Wes is having his little "oopsie" with the warp generator. The Agatha part is from www.girlgenius.net .)

P.S. to WW: Sorry, Wil; at this point, Wes is still a bit too young for Agatha. It's definitely the blinky things. Give him a couple of years.
