Unbridled care

After her daily exercise with a run around the Phoenix Park, It is back to the stalls.

Part of life in Dublin inner city features people keeping horses in back lots and alley ways and racing them. These stables although not luxury are not the point, these people love their horses.

The trotting carts come all the way from the USA where trotting is a respected sport. Here these people are generally looked down upon by most and hassled by the authorities. What is most surprising is few people realise the commitment to their horses that is needed and few would be able to match the required output, especially when most of these people are probably unemployed yet still manage to cover things like vetinarian bills.
