Tyet, Knot of Isis amulets

A collection of ancient Egyptian amulets believed to protect people from evil spirits. Amulets came in various shapes, such as the Ankh (symbol of life), the Djed pillar (symbol of Osiris), the Tyet (knot of Isis) and the Heart scarab, and they were made from various materials such as faience, glass, semi-precious stones and metals.
