Young people took the lead on 'Building Peace in Wales and the World' - getting to see the Senedd in action, taking over the Debating Chamber for the day, sharing ideas on Climate Change, Supporting Refugees and Wales in Europe & the World, quizzing Assembly Members and the Education Minister - and sharing projects that have earnt this years Peace School Awards…

Participants included Clytha Primary (Newport), Alaw Primary (Rhondda), Cyfarthfa High (Merthyr), Ysgol Pum Heol (Llanelli), Bro Myrddin (Carmarthen), Pontarddulais Comp, Tirdeunaw (Swansea), supported by WCIA, Quaker Peace Education, Amnesty Wales, the National Assembly Education Team and Office of the Presiding Officer, and many volunteers / helpers - diolch yn fawr iawn pawb.
