Rotary Club Burnham Beeches 10k Run 18/10/2014
On Saturday 18th October, with some 160 runners taking part, our annual 10k run through wet soggy Burnham Beeches took place. We are grateful to the City of London Burnham Beeches organisation for their authority to hold this event.
We were also grateful for the presence of our Rotary District 1090 District Governor Tim Cowling who handed out the prizes.
The overall winning man was James Silvey in a time just over 37 minutes and coming second was Andrew Penfold with Kerry Davies coming in third. The overall winning lady was Helen Mussen with Rachel Newton coming second and Sarah Darch coming in third.
Congratulations to all who took part and with grateful thanks to the many members of the Rotary Club of Burnham Beeches for their great support.
