Not your Rabbi's Cupcake...
I have been wanting to work on a bacon flavoured cupcake for ages but haven't had the time to experiment. I used a friend's birthday this weekend as an excuse.
Cashew cupcake frosted with maple bacon cream cheese icing and topped with a piece of crispy bacon.
A little piece of non-Kosher heaven.
