Batch Caramel Bacon Pumkin Cupcake
Had we stopped at Batch first we would have looked no further! From all the delectable sounding flavour offerings we chose Lemon Yuzu and Caramel Bacon Pumpkin. We ate the Lemon Yuzu immediately and it was cupcake perfection. The Caramel Bacon Pumpkin cupcake accompanied us on our mission to Filene's Basement and though by the time we ate it, it was a bit worse for wear, it was beyond words. Moist chocolate cake, dense pumpkin filling, sweet caramel frosting, and crispy bacon topping. Pichet Ong is my hero!
