Nelson Court Evacuation

A house sits vacant after the local fire chief mandated the evacuation of 8 homes in Nelson Court in March of 2014 due to a build-up of toxic gases escaping from a underground pipelined owned by Petrochemical Resources. The residents only compensation from the company were food vouchers and hotel accommodations good for one month after the evacuation. It is now October, and residents still cannot return home.
