Traditional Indian Potters.
I had the chance to go and visit a couple who have been making cooking pots for the last 50 years. Each pot is individually hand made from scratch, including the clay. The pots are then sold in either the local towns or to rustic hotels. Sadly the pots are not used as much by many households now due to steel and aluminium pots. Researchers have found these pots to have great health benefits compared to the metal ones. And anyone who uses one will definitely tell you the food even tastes better! Sadly Mr Fernandes and his wife are one of the few still left continuing this trade.
