Curtiss H-16 Flying Boats. These were manufactured also at the Naval Aircraft Factory and were designated as “C”. This aircraft was the first to be built at the Naval Aircraft Factor at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Navy built around 150 of them while Curtiss built 124. Some saw service until 1928.
