Adlitzgraben evenings
Sometimes its not the photo you came to take thats the keeper. On Saturday I once again headed to Breitenstein am Semmering which has become my place to get away from it all in these times. From this rocky perch one has a near full view of the heart of the Semmering and its a true spectacle to watch trains wind their way around the valley. My main goal was the sunny view towards Breitenstein but the traditional angles were hindered by atmospheric haze, partially from a Sahara dust storm and the rest from the typical Semmering fog. However the conditions brought out some additional atmosphere for this backlit shot of a downhill container train crossing the Adlitzgraben viaduct near sunset.
