Father's Day (totally nonfat) Lemon Pecan Sponge Cake
For Father's Day we wanted an Italian wedding cake from El Paso's Tratoria Bella Sera, but it was unavailable.
SO we tried to recreate it using recipes found on the internet. It turned out yummily but not much like Bella Sera's Italian wedding cake unfortunately.
