January 21st - Beef Chili con Carnie
21/365 - Another Sunday, another day of nothing. It was actually really nice to just have a day of no stress, no worries and just relaxation for once. Maybe I should do this every Sunday.
As I had plenty of time I thought I'd cook a proper meal for once, not pasta, pizza or stir-fried noodles. So I settled on Chilli con Canie, made with frozen mince. I think I've been using far too little mince the past few times I've made it since I had about two thirds leftover afterwards rather than just half. Better to have more than less I guess.
