BBQ Prawns on Toasted Brioche
Very tasty BBQ Prawns at PJ Clarkes in the World Finance Centre.
The Prawns were served on an inch thick slice of toasted Brioche.
The rich buttery brioche really complemented the tasty prawns.
A wonderful original combination.
