The Piper Who Cried

Now I know that many English people cry (in agony) when they hear the bagpipes played, the poor lambs. However all is not as it seems, this piper near the top of Castlehill seemed to be suffering from the heat and wasn't crying, just resting. I just caught him rubbing his eyes.

Today we had another fun Kirkcaldy Photographic Society club outing to Edinburgh. A party of thirteen, included a healthy mix of club members and a fair few visitors/guests (who included flickerites Ali JC, Gordon2208, Mintymags, Wee Drummy, Dysartian Junior and Mags Images). An excellent treasure hunt superbly organised by Flickerite, Blyths Folly, was followed by photographing Festival Fringe acts and eating. There was then another hunt involving looking for lost members of our party, before eventually finding the poor lost souls at Waverley Rail Station before travelling home, with the same number we started with.
