0809 Clapham Grand (55)

The Grand Clapham Junction is unique amongst theatres of this period in having an Oriental design with dragons, pagodas etc. the ceiling has a shallow dome which originally had a willow-pattern decoration. It was designed by E A Woodrow and is the only surviving theatre by him. It is listed grade II Here the side boxes can be seen.
