I wasn't paying attention when pouring the rice and used the top tier (and I was wondering how come I managed to fit in so much rice). The problem is that the frittata does not fit in the bottom one and I didn't feel like moving the rice again and having to wash it. Which is why I have two top tiers instead of a whole box.
