Justine Scarbrough is a Chicago-based soprano and holds an MM in Vocal Performance from DePaul University. Her roles with DePaul Opera Theatre include La Musica in Monteverdi’s L’Orfeo, Rosalinde (cover) in Die Fledermaus, and chorus in The Magic Flute. She is a two-time recipient of the Encouragement Award at the district level Metropolitan Opera Council Auditions. An alumna of Concordia College (Moorhead, MN), she sang as a soloist in the renowned Concordia Choir under composer and conductor René Clausen, and was also a soloist and chorus member with the Fargo-Moorhead Opera (Nozze di Figaro, The Merry Widow).
