Fish!
*angles sing!*
So you season the fish, stuff it with vegetables: bell peppers, onions, cilantro, lemon.
Then lay it on some aluminum foil, add more veggies of your choice.
a bit of butter, some more seasoning if needed.
Wrap the fish and vegetables in a "pouch" like way.
Place on a baking sheet.
Insert into the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes.
And viola!
It comes out really nice and tender.
Squeeze a lemon over it and it's good!
Watch out for the bones though (just in case, a banana will help with those that get stuck in your throat).
