Dinner Awaits
For Nels' birthday dinner I made a Chinese cold asparagus salad, sushi rice, butter-baked tofu, peanut sauce, sweet chili sauce, cucumber salad, and chickpea flour pizza. The morning of I gave him a little survey that had options for his birthday cake. He chose round, 2 layer, chocolate frosting, Devils' Food. Sophie helped make it and decorated it after Ralph frosted (I am not so good at the decor part of cake-making). P.S. my cakes are so good people always think I make them from scratch. NOPE, just know a few tricks.
